What makes a good bulletin?

Can I file more than one site?
Yes — one bulletin per domain. The index carries a unique constraint on the domain column, so a second filing of the same domain will not create a duplicate. If you operate multiple distinct domains, file each one separately.
What order do entries appear in?
Chronological. The most recently filed bulletin sits at the top of the beat ticker; the oldest sits at the bottom. No editorial reorder, no ranking signal, no pay-to-promote position. The wire order is the filing order.
Will an entry ever be removed?
Only if the URL stops resolving for an extended period, the beat assignment becomes clearly wrong, or the site is found to violate the bureau's submission standards. Removals are logged at the bureau and do not affect surrounding entries.
